How
does The Fuel Saver Work?
Most
fuels for internal combustion engines are liquid, but liquid
fuels do not combust until they are vaporized and mixed with
air. Most emissions from motor vehicles consist of unburned
hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide, and oxides of nitrogen. Unburned
hydrocarbon and oxides of nitrogen react in the atmosphere and
create smog. Smog is the prime cause of eye and throat
irritation, noxious smells, plant damage and decreased
visibility. Oxides of nitrogen are also toxic.
Generally,
fuel for an internal combustion engine is composed of a set of
molecules. Each molecule consists of a number of atoms made up
from a nucleus and electrons which orbit around their nucleus.
Magnetic movements already exist in these molecules and they
therefore already have positive and negative electrical charges.
However, because these molecules have not been realigned, the
fuel is not actively interlocked with oxygen during combustion,
the fuel molecules or hydrocarbon chains must be ionized and
realigned. This ionization and realignment is achieved through
the application of the magnetic field created by the Fuel Saver.
Fuel
mainly consists of hydrocarbons and when fuel flows through a
magnetic field, such as the one created by the Fuel Saver, the
hydrocarbons change their orientation and molecules of
hydrocarbon change their configuration. This has the effect of
ensuring that the fuel actively interlocks with the oxygen,
producing a more complete burn in the combustion chamber. The
result is higher engine output, better fuel economy and a
reduction in the hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide and oxides of
nitrogen that are emitted through the exhaust. The ionization of
the fuel also helps to dissolve the carbon build-up in
carburetor jets, fuel injectors and combustion chambers, thereby
keeping the engine in a cleaner condition.
The
Installation Procedure: The installation
procedure for The Fuel Saver is very simple. "No Tools,
Just Snap It On". You can do it yourself by following our
instructions, or you can get your mechanic to fit it. Either way
it should not take longer than 1 minute.
* When
installing the Fuel Saver system on any vehicle it should be
placed as close as possible to the carburetor fuel inlet pipe.
* With vehicles that have a fuel injection system, the
Fuel Saver has to be installed as close as possible to the
injectors.
* With vehicles that have an electronic
fuel injection system, placing of the Fuel Saver as close as
possible to the injectors will prevent the magnetic field
created by the Super Conductors interfering with the electronic
operating systems.
* With installation on a V-Tec
engine, we have found that the Fuel Management system is far
enough away from the injectors so as not to be affected by the
Super Conductors.
The
RevOs-Pure Fuel Saver - FAQ's Q.
1 How long is the life of my Fuel Saver? Put
simply, longer than the life of your vehicle.
Q.
3 Is there anything I should do after installing my Fuel Saver?
Not usually. You should however bear in mind that the Fuel Saver
is not designed as a "Quick-Fix". If your vehicle
needs a service or oil change we strongly advise you to ensure
that this is done prior to installing the Fuel Saver.
Q.
4 How long will it take before I see an improvement in my
mileage? You should notice a change almost
immediately. The mileage may change during the "Settling In"
period. The average "Settling In" period is 1000km,
but the length of the period will depend on how hard you drive
your vehicle.
Q. 5 My
vehicle makes knocking and pinging noises. Will the Fuel Saver
stop this? As we always say, the Fuel Saver is
not a "Quick-Fix". If you are experiencing problems
with your vehicle, you should have those seen to before fitting
the Fuel Saver to it.
Q. 6
Do I have to use high octane or can I use low octane fuel? Some
manufacturers recommend high-octane fuel, whereas other vehicles
can run on either. The Fuel Saver works with all fuel types.
Is the Average Plus unit
just a magnet? No, it is not a regular magnet;
it is a MATCHED PAIR of turned Neodymium inductors that generate
a specific frequency resonance between its two faces.
Will
it work on fuels other than petrol? YES, it will
work on petrol and diesel fuels, lpg/cng gas. But the percentage
of improvements will differ from one type to the order.
Will
it work on engines fitted with fuel injection systems? YES,
place the Average Plus unit as close to the injection system as
possible.
Can I place the
Average Plus unit before the fuel injection pump? YES,
but preferably after if there is space to fit it there.
When
should I check my mileage and when can I expect results?
Make sure you check your mileage before you install the Average
Plus unit. Mileage is the sum of the total miles driven divided
by the amount of fuel used. Most people believe they are
receiving better mileage than they actually are. We suggest that
you drive at least 2,500 Km of normal driving before checking
for improvements.
How much
improvement can I expect? This depends on the
size and type of the engine, mode of driving, city or highway
driving, long distance or short distance and weather conditions.
Fuel saving of up to 20% and more has been reported. In
condition, many customers report increased performance, easier
starting, smoother running and lower operating temperature of
the engine.
How does the
Average Plus unit clean the engine? Your engine
builds up carbon/varnish deposit due to incomplete combustion
(improper burning). Molecules that are non-homogeneous are found
in both gasoline and diesel fuels. As these molecules begin to
cluster and grow, some molecules become trapped molecules and
they do not burn completely. Instead they are expelled into the
atmosphere or retained as carbon/varnish deposits inside your
engine. The Average Plus unit literally breaks the clusters of
molecules apart and stirs them up. Allowing oxygen in the air to
reach the individual molecules and thus achieving much more
complete combustion.
Do the
climatic conditions make a difference? YES, In
winter seasons, engine are run more without the vehicle moving
and electrical appliance like windscreen wipers and heaters all
add additional drains on power. Windy and icy condition also
affect results. However there'll be proportional improvement.
Does high temperature
effect performance? The Average Plus unit is
designed to operate in temperatures up to 5900f (3100 C). The
Average Plus unit should not be placed I close proximatly to the
point of exhaust.
Why do
larger, older engine usually see the fastest and biggest
improvements? The Average Plus unit, to operate,
requires that the fuel flows through its resonator. Fuel flow is
important to the process of breaking up the hydrocarbon chains.
The smaller the engine size, the more efficient it is and the
slower is the fuel flow. With larger engines it is the reverse,
giving faster fuel flow rates and quicker results
Why
2000 Km? This allows the Average Plus to do its
job of removing the carbon/varnish deposits. Remember it took
thousands of miles to build up these deposits in your engine so
conversely it will take some time to remove them again.
Could
the mileage decrease any why? YES. It is
possible that your engine could temporally decrease in mileage
and increase in emissions at the beginning of the
cleaning/removal period. The condition is only temporary and
will stabilize.
Q. 7 How
does the Fuel Saver work? The resonance
frequency created by the Fuel Saver realigns the hydrocarbons in
your fuel which means the fuel burns more efficiently. The
result is more mileage, less pollution and a smoother running
engine.
Q. 8 Can I install
the Fuel Saver on my vehicle myself and how long will it take me
to do it? "No Tools, Just Snap It On".
You can do it yourself by following our instructions, or you can
get your mechanic to fit it. Either way it should not take
longer than 5 minutes.
Q. 9
Can the Fuel Saver be fitted to my vehicle? Yes.
The Fuel Saver can be fitted to all cars, scooters, motorcycles,
autorickshaws, buses, ambulances, trucks, earthmoving equipment,
generators, locomotives/trains. With larger capacity engines
such as large truck and bus engines, we recommend that you
consult your local dealer, as more than one Fuel Saver is often
used with such large engines so as to optimize both efficiency
and fuel savings.
